I have a Corporate account with Enterprise and this location is conveniently close to the Casino. Their team is AWESOME!!
A little more time could have been given to acclimate us to this brand of car. Airbag service light kept coming on as well but the people were very nice, efficient and the car was also nice and comfortable. They gave us a little something toward our next rental for our inconvenience. We left happy customers and will be back.

The worst service ever!!! I was in FL for my boyfriends birthday, so we decided to rent a car ahead of time from this location. Upon arrival the car was not ready and we had to wait at least 30 minutes until they "were cleaning" it. Obviously, the car was still dirty, so for the inconvenience the branch offered a 10% discount. When the time came to return the car I called 3 times to make sure I could drop it off at another location at no additional charge. The lady assured me that I could drop it off and I won't be charged. We made it on time and the gentleman, who verified the vehicle, confirming that everything was good. In a couple of days I received a receipt stating that I'm being charged a $150 cleaning fee and was charged for an additional day. This is outrageous because the car was already dirty when we were renting it and it was actually returned on time.
Excellent service been rented at this location since February 2017 and I renew every month the managers are very professional.
I contacted customer service and management didn't even bothered calling me back!!! If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the place to pick up a car. Needless to say, this issue was handled very unprofessionally, to say the least!
