I paid 23 dollars in that place and they even not opened my car trunk! Ridiculous! I couldn't put the pictures here, but I swear that is the last time I spend money on that place.
I only give one star cause I can't give less. I asked how much was it to wash inside and outside the car. I was told$16. I paid. I asked them to wash the thin rubber rug I had on top of my car regular rug, just spray some water, no shampoo, no rubbing. Just spray some water with a hose. They denied and asked me more money to do just that. So...I go there to have my car washed and my car leaves it dirty???? No way. I asked my money back. The manager couldn't care less. Had they just sprayed that thin rubber rug with some water I would have given them a very nice tip. Their loss. Wherever I go in Miami Beach, I even pay more, about $21, but I don't have any headaches and my car leaves the premises clean. This one, a local Hollywood car wash trying to take my money after I'd paid? No way. If you pay the $16 they will only use the automatic wash, vacuum and wipe the panel. NOTHING ELSE. YOUR CAR WILL LEAVE THE PREMISES DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE PIGS! WON'T REALLY WASH YOUR CAR. SHAME ON THEM. NO WONDER WHY IT WAS EMPTY TODAY, NO CUSTOMERS AROUND. SHAME ON THE MANAGER WHO CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH NOR HAVE ANY IDEA ON HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. I WORK VERY CLOSE AND COULD BE A REGULAR CUSTOMER, BUT HE CHOSE OTHERWISE.
Great place to get your car washed. Was in and out. The staff was great and the attention to detail was fantastic! I will definitely be back!!
Whenever I'm on this side of town and sometimes when I'm not I even make the trip to use this car wash. My car always shines up great and it's pretty quick to get through even with a line usually. Thanks for the quality car wash in the neighborhood. I wish you guys could expand and put a location over on University drive or 441 too. I'd go twice a week.
