When I first entered the Awakening House of Prayer on a Thursday afternoon in March, I had an overpowering feeling of peace that I began to sob. Shortly, after entering Pastor Austin & Sierra introduced themselves to me. They are the most welcoming two people I have meet. They spoke with me and answered all of the lingering questions that I had about walking in the Christian faith. Pastor Sierra said that no question was silly, but the reverse, "very important." The next day I visited the Prayer House again and sat in the peaceful atmosphere and read my bible and listened to the worship music playing in the background. I also attended the Friday Night Prophetic Room and Sunday afternoon service. Jennifer LeClaire's books are also available for purchase, which was great, since I was visiting from Canada and there is no shipping option to Canada. BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE.
I love my church. AHOP houses the presence of God every week. Great atmosphere with awesome, loving people. If you're looking for a church that houses the presence of God you found it come join us.
The atmosphere is clear and welcoming. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm hug and as soon as I was settled in my seat I could feel the presence of God. The word was timely - "Radical Spiritual Warriors." As a first time guest I received a book (along w/other goodies) as a gift. The book is entitled "Breakthrough" by Jennifer Leclaire. Awesome worship, awesome word and warm/welcoming atmosphere... I'll be returning soon

Being led to this place on vacation simply by what it said on fb media , I was pleasantly surprised and intrigued by the warmth , anointing , and love in this church. If your sick of trying to pretend you like church , come here and stop pretending . They meet you where your at, they're relevant , and many different cultures welcome.
