One of the best airport hotels I've ever stayed at. Was really impressed with the room and enjoyed the free shuttle to the airport. Only reason why I'm not putting 5 stars is that my shower water was only lukewarm at best even after running 15 minutes. Overall, the price was right and I'd stay here again.

This hotel is simply awful. I can not believe in the middle of a Catergory 5 hurricane, this hotel decides to kick out 2 mothers and their young daughter. An employee named Claudia had the nerve to tell us we are not the only ones, that they had already checked us out because their was already other people with reservations to our room who were obviously paying way more then we had. Another employee who we spoke to at 5:30 in the morning just finding out our flight was cancelled, had lied to us and told us that we could stay. We had already been staying here 3 nights prior. They had told us that they could not control the weather and it was not their fault or responsibility on what was going on. Claudia continued to repeat to us that we were not the only ones. That it was our obligation to get out at 11:00am. We told her we had no where else to go and what did she rather, us stay here or go out and sit as if we were homeless outside and let the hurricane take us away. I'd give no stars if I could, this hotel does not even deserve one star.

A very clean, spotless hotel. Great beds, pillows, climate control, TV, etc. Very satisfied. We will definitely return!

Nice rooms. Friendly service. A little more pricey than expected.

As someone who manages about 300 employees, I am impressed with whichever selection process this hotel uses to find such a team of friendly extroverts who engage and freely interact with guests. Even the maids in the hallways greeted us with a smile and a hearty good morning.

I travel a lot. This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. From airport pickup to checking out, all employees were very friendly, outgoing and helpful.

A very impressive team, indeed!

We were kicked out. Hurricane Irma has just recently past and we were staying in at comfort suites for 4 days prior to our check out. Based on past experiences, we know we had priority because we had already been staying, but clearly we didn't have any priority in Claudia's mind. To Claudia, we could sit outside and let the hurricane wash us away for all she cared. We received an email at 4:30am letting us know our flight was cancelled. At 5:30am we spoke to Victor, a current employee at the front desk at the time. We told him of our situation and he explained to us that yes we could stay the extra days we needed till our next flight. We came back at 8 after returning our rental car to pay for our extra days. I walked in, ready with my card in hand and was told I could not stay, that it was my daughter's and I obligation to leave at 11am . Claudia acted as if she owned the hotel, Claudia told us with such attitude that it was not her problem or fault what we do or what the weather was bringing. Broken hearted after being repeated to my face that where we went or what happened to us wasn't of anyones concern. My daughter and I had to go and get a room at the only hotel that we found, right in front of the beach. I will never return, ever. I truly hope this experience does not happen to any of those comfort suites employees.
