I went to pick up my mail I was told if it wasn't in order she wasn't going to look for it what a way to treat the community.
Dont ask the bald man who works here for any clarification on your purchasing inquiries He has a short fuse and a very bad temper. I couldn't understand why simple questions upset him. Otherwise a decent experience. BAD APPLE!
Had some issues with receiving mail in my mailbox ... I was told that the mailman had left something in the box that my mailbox was open... honestly I didn't know this because i didn't know there was supposed be a latch on the inside of the box ... I thought it was closed...also the note that was left inside the box was in someone else's name so I thought it was an honest mistake and was not meant for me... I found out afterwards by the property manager that it was not secured properly despite me thinking it was so I went to the post office to see if anything was being held there for me while I got the mailbox issue sorted out .. a very pleasant lady went to speak to the mailman who proceeded to speak very loudly about how he'd left numberous notes in my box and that he sent everything back to sender ... firstly if you have a customer on the front making enquiries be very mindful that they can hear you speak and your tone of voice .. yes it may have been a case of misunderstanding with regards to the mailbox but there was no need for that
These people that work inside the Post Office are about the hardest people to ever get hold of! Never do they answer the the phone and when you go there it's like they're doing you a favor with attitude.
Had the worst experience ever they need to fire the whole department and hire better staff they are rude and lazy
These people at the post office in Dania beach Florida, 33004 wouldn't even be able to keep a job at McDonalds flipping burgers.
If I were in charge there some heads would be rolling down the pavement in search of a job w/o benefits. Disgusting customer service!!!!!!
